Is the shoe compartment large enough for size 45+?

The compartment is designed to fit standard sports shoes up to approximately size 46. Boxing boots or wrestling shoes will fit loosely.
Is the bag waterproof?

The zipper is waterproof and the wax leather exterior is water repellent. The bag can withstand rain on the go.
Maintenance

Wipe the outside with a damp cloth and air dry. Do not machine wash, bleach, or tumble dry. For the inside, turning it inside out and airing it out is sufficient. For persistent odors: use a cloth with mild soap and then let it dry completely.
Can I leave wet or sweaty clothes in it?

Better not. As with any sports bag, damp clothing traps odors and accelerates wear and tear on the inside. Take your gear out after training and leave the bag open to dry. For grapplers, this is especially relevant given the risk of mold and skin infections.
