How to use

Take 3 capsules daily, preferably after a meal. One package contains 90 capsules, sufficient for 30 daily doses.

Store in a dry and cool place between 15 and 25 °C, protected from direct sunlight. Best before: see packaging.

Keep out of the sight and reach of children. Not recommended during pregnancy, breastfeeding or for those under 18 years of age. Consult a doctor or pharmacist if you are taking medication. Not suitable for people taking coumarin anticoagulants. Intake should be limited to a few weeks or months.

Each daily dose of SHIDO Foundation contains 200 mg magnesium bisglycinate (100% chelate, 53% RDA), 20 mg zinc bisglycinate (100% chelate, 200% RDA), 100 µg selenium (182% RDA), 1 mg copper (80% RDA), 2 mg vitamin B6 (143% RDA), 3000 IU vitamin D3 (1500% RDA), 15 mg vitamin E (125% RDA), 90 µg vitamin K2 (120% RDA), and 400 µg folic acid (200% RDA).
